Sports massage therapist. Biomechanics specialist. Personal trainer. Three jobs that are usually done by three different people, joined into one way of working.
How the method came about
I came into massage therapy with a background in training and biomechanics, and it did not take long to notice a gap. The therapists I learned from could release tissue but rarely asked why it was tight. The trainers I knew could build strength but were often loading a body that was already out of position. The clients caught in the middle kept coming back with the same problem.
Over two years of full-time practice I started mapping the patterns I was seeing on the table against the body's fascial architecture: the continuous lines of connective tissue that link one region to another. The same chains kept explaining problems that had not responded to anything else. That became the foundation of how I work now: assess along the lines, release at the origin, retrain the whole chain, and give people tools to maintain it.
The results have included restored posture, resolution of long-standing pain, and movement problems that conventional routes had run out of answers for. Those cases are the reason this clinic exists.
The tools
The fitness products came from the same place. I kept wanting to send clients home with a way to reproduce what I had done in the session, and nothing on the market did the job well enough. The cork ball set in three sizes was the first. A foam roller and massage sticks designed on the same principles are following.
Where this is going
This site is the start of a wider platform: a place to learn the method, work with me in person or remotely, and get hold of the tools. If you are a practitioner interested in the approach, or a client who wants to understand your own body better, I would like to hear from you.
